• Not enough action during the meetings
• Personal management badge to be finished in 2 weeks

Klondike Recap:  We should build new sleds earlier.

Big Event Planning:

• February 5th-5 New WEbelos scouts visiting: we'll play capture the flag, go over first aid/orienteering/lashings/and axe & knife safety
• February 8th-Campboree at Cullens with the Webelos.  We will not be  sleeping over
• May: 100th anniversary of Boy Scouts in West Virginia
• May 13-17 Campboree (white water rafting/tubing?)
• March: Sequassen winter campout
• April: Appalachian Trail hike

Troop Future Meetings Planning:

• 2/12/09: Make patrl flags and learn knots & first aid
• 2/26/09: firebuilding and orienteering will be taught
• 3/5/09: Campout preparations
