Troop E-mail groups
Troop members may send mail to several email groups within the troop. To send an e-mail to one of our e-mail groups, please click on the appropriate group below. If you wish to be added to one of the groups, please send your request to newtowntroop770info@gmail.com.
- Newtown Troop 770 - to send a note to all parents, Scoutmasters, and the Senior Patrol Leader
- Newtown Troop 770 Committee - to send a note to the troop committee
- Newtown Troop 770 PLC - to send a note to all members of the Patrol Leaders' Council and the Scoutmaster
- Newtown Troop 770 Leadership - to send a note to the troop leadership (committee, scoutmasters, Senior Patrol Leader, and Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders)
Please note that if you are not a member of the group you are trying to send a message to, you will receive a failure notice and your e-mail will not be sent. Only members of a group may send messages to it.
Uniform exchange
If you have any clothing or camping items that you would like to donate to our Troop Exchange, please bring them to any meeting and leave them in the plastic box labeled Troop 770 Uniform Exchange. We would appreciate that all items are cleaned prior to donating.
We have a large inventory of gently used Scout/Adult clothing, boots, books, and camping items that you are welcome to have. Please call or email Della Schmid if you would like her to check our inventory for a specific item.
