Arkansas Potatoes
Arkansas Potatoes (serves four)
This easy recipe that can be a meal or a side dish, depending on the amount of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. kielbasa precooked sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg red or yellow small potatoes
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice potatoes and boil them for 10 minutes to soften them.
- Slice onion and brown it and the potatoes in oil in large pan until onions are clear.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sausage.
- Cook all on low for another few minutes until the sausage is heated through.
