Arkansas Potatoes

Arkansas Potatoes (serves four)
This easy recipe that can be a meal or a side dish, depending on the amount of ingredients.


  • 1 lb. kielbasa precooked sausage, sliced
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 pkg red or yellow small potatoes
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Slice potatoes and boil them for 10 minutes to soften them.
  2. Slice onion and brown it and the potatoes in oil in large pan until onions are clear.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sausage.
  5. Cook all on low for another few minutes until the sausage is heated through.
